Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA) and The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE), Chennai, come together to present their fourth edition of Espire, the Pan-India Business Plan Competition. The competition opened in the Second week of September 2011 and registration will close on Oct 15,2011. The final event, when the finalists will make presentations to the Jury is scheduled to take place on November 24, 2011, in Chennai Trade Centre as part of TiECon Chennai. 
Prizes worth 30 lakhs (including cash prizes), access to CK.Prahalad Business Incubator, pitch to Venture Capitalists at TiE and many benefits to be won.

Eligibility

The Contest is open to business ideas that involve or leverage technology in any sphere of human activity – be it services, energy, agriculture, manufacturing, construction or education, to name a few possibilities. The contesting teams will include students and experienced professionals, and the entries will be evaluated by a team of Jurors that will include successful Entrepreneurs, VCs, Industry Captains and members of the Academia.

About the Competition

If you have a business idea and the passion, commitment, zeal and the entrepreneurial motivation to blossom that idea in to a full-blown commercial venture, this competition is for you. The objective of the contest is to foster entrepreneurship through identifying and recognizing ideas and talent that can create tomorrow’s businesses. Bridging Borders between the contestants and the market place is the collective goal of the organizers.
